About the Project

For this project, I was tasked with bringing to light the issue with a national day of celebration of my choice. I chose Halloween, to spread awareness of the large amounts of cultural appropriation that happen on this day each year.

This project was very important to me, as having an African-American background, I have gotten offended by costumes in the past, and understand how important culture can mean to some people.
